Contract: 6 months initially, with strong potential for extension

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a multi-project ServiceNow IRM implementation for one of our UK clients. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all stages of delivery, from shaping programme roadmaps and coordinating workstreams, to managing risks, reporting, and client communications.
This role sits at the heart of what we do at Wrangu: helping organisations confidently manage data privacy, risk, and compliance through smart use of ServiceNow.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, blended client/vendor groups, and the Wrangu leadership to ensure the programme delivers clear business outcomes.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Lead and oversee a complex ServiceNow IRM programme comprising multiple related projects
- Manage programme delivery using Agile and NowCreate methodologies
- Own planning, governance, stakeholder reporting, risk management, and resource coordination
- Guide both internal and customer project teams, ensuring alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW)
- Report on progress, success metrics, and lessons learned—internally and to client stakeholders
- Assist customer with Organisational Change and User Adoption
- Be the main point of contact for the client throughout the engagement
- Contribute to delivery process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team
You’ll have:
- A strong track record delivering ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) implementations
- Experience leading complex, multi-project programmes in enterprise IT or digital transformation settings
- A clear, confident communication style and strong client-facing experience
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery and the NowCreate methodology (or similar)
- Familiarity with GRC, SecOps, or Data Privacy practices
- The ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, conflicting priorities and coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Availability to travel to client sites occasionally (expenses covered)
